Francisco has been invited to the United Nations Committee of Experts on Big Data and Data Science for Official Statistics. He will be contributing to the task team on Mobile Phone Data for Official Statistics and Policy, leading the task team on Migration Statistics and contributing to the Synthetic Mobile Phone Data group.
